I've been reading a bit of @pinkytoothlesso11 's "Challenging Destiny" fic[X] and was really compelled to draw some of the Strickler and Jim interactions. I love seeing them emotionally connect 🥺 while also keeping their banter of course haha. bonus of stickler being like a cat, as inspired by a diff scene

I've already seen the headcanons about Strickler being raised by the stalkings in the Darklands. So I decided to draw on this topic as well.

Strickler is obviously a hybrid of a troll and a stalking. Therefore, the ordinary stalkings accepted him as one of their own. Strickler took advantage of this and pretended to be one of their children (he hadn't even been given his familiar yet, but he was already pretending to be someone else's child).

Okay I was looking through screenshots on my phone and look at how much Jim looks like his mom

Like I know this is a silly picture but seriously

He has her eyes, her face shape, her ears, like seriously he is his moms son, he literally only has his dads nose shape and hair color! And even with his hair the undertone is red meaning he has the red-haired gene his hair is just too dark to present it normally (which same Jim)

Anyway he looks so much like his mom and I think we as a fandom should acknowledge that more
