Ok, I don't know if other people have Jim and Steven fusions but I've decided what it looks like in my mind.
Definitely quadrupedal. Basically a troll/gem centaur.
One pair of back feet. Regularly normal troll style. The next pair of limbs is a set of arms. They walk forward on their knuckles like Aaarrrgghh.
Then a second torso with a second set of arms. One of the hands of the second set of arms has three fingers.
Steven's Gem is visible on the upper torso.
Both of their scars are visible. Steven's from his corruption. Jim's from his time as a troll, the amulet and the share. At first they are embarrassed to have the scars on such obvious display. But eventually they are proud of the journey they've been on.
Gosh their colouration would be THE softest purple. Like Jim's light blue and Steven's pink? Oh my gosh what a pretty colour.
Their fusion can wield Daylight and Excalibur. The combination of Jim's armor and Steven's shields makes them basically untouchable. Completely safe. (Plus Jim's agility and training, and Steven's healing and hovering, makes them literally untouchable)
When they fight (which is blessedly rare) they are a whirlwind. Shields, walls, swords, knives, horns, fists, claws, tusks all come into play.
Also they are definitely big huge. Probably a touch larger than Aaarrrgghh.
