There are a variety of branching side quests throughout Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, with the player able to make choices regarding how they approach each mission, and in some cases, how they conclude them, up to and including whether they provide the quest giver what they asked for in the first place. While on its own this gives the player many options in regards to how they choose to interpret their version of Kassandra or Alexios, it also means that the game is able to expand each of these side quests into their own mini-adventure, with a full storyline unto themselves that the player can participate in same as the main adventure.
