Lou Dobbs Debunks “Own Lies About Smartmatic”
I just love it when someone like Lou Dobbs proves himself wrong! 😂
According to Josh Feldman on Mediaite:
“In a stunning segment on Friday, Dobbs aired what amounted to a fact-check of the false and misleading claims he himself made.
“Dobbs started the segment by saying, ‘There are lots of opinions about the integrity of the election, the irregularities of mail-in voting, of election voting machines and voting software. One of the companies is Smartmatic, and we reached out to one of the leading authorities on open source software for elections, Eddie Perez, for his insight and views.’ [....]
‘Perez — the Global Director of Technology Development & Open Standards for the Open Source Election Technology Institute — blunty said, ‘I have not seen any evidence that Smartmatic’s software was used to delete, change, alter anything related to vote tabulation.’
“’Smartmatic says its software was never used outside of L.A. County in 2020. Do you know whether or not that’s true?’ was one of the questions.
“’That is my understanding,’ Perez said.
“He also made it clear that Smartmatic and Dominion are completely separate companies, and even more tellingly, he pushed back on the idea that there is a direct connection between Smartmatic and George Soros.
“Perez debunked one of the more incendiary claims about votes supposedly being tabulated in foreign countries.
“’In the United States the ballots that are cast in the United States are tabulated in the united States.’”

Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups (2012)
Ok, so no part of me thought that this movie was going to be life changing, but it was better than I thought. I’m not gonna go into all of the characters because there’s tons, but I will include as many of the actors as I can in the tags.
The premise is that Mrs. Clause (Cheryl Ladd) is going to Pineville because that’s where Christmas spirit is the highest in the world. She lost an ambassador for the Santa Cause, so she’s looking for another one. The pups sneak onto the sleigh to go with her. They recently learned about the magic crystals that grant Christmas wishes, but Eli (Danny Woodburn) told them they had to wait for their own crystals. So, to prove that they are ready for crystals themselves, they steal Eddy’s (Richard Kind) and wander through Pineville granting any wish they hear. And of course, the only person in Pineville with no Christmas spirit wishes for everybody else’s to go away. A chain reaction occurs, and things look dark for Santa (Pat Finn).
This movie was kind of a weird experience, because looking at all the parts, it was pretty bad. The CGI dog mouths were creepy, all of the original songs were annoying, and everybody acted so over the top through the whole thing. It was too much of everything, but it kinda worked? Like I didn’t hate it as much as I planned on. I’ll give it 2 stars.

Josh Feldman Had Never Seen a Gay, Deaf Character on TV, So He Made One Himself
Josh Feldman, a queer deaf writer and actor, hasn’t had the best of luck with interpreters. Some have eavesdropped on his conversations with friends; others have tried add him on Facebook after their session was over, a clear violation of the interpreter’s code of ethics. “Using an interpreter is a necessary evil,” he says, shooting a sly smile at his current interpreter from across the table. “If I can say it that way.”
Feldman mines the awkwardness of being a queer deaf person in his new dramedy, “This Close,” premiering on Sundance Now on February 14th. Created by Feldman and Shoshana Stern, and starring Marlee Matlin and Cheryl Hines, the series takes an uncensored look at the life of Michael Rosen (Feldman), still reeling from a breakup, and his best friend Kate (Stern), who is trying to navigate choppy waters as the sole deaf person at her PR firm. It’s the first TV show created by and starring deaf people, who are usually portrayed on-screen by non-deaf actors.
We caught up with Feldman to find out how he pulled it all off. Read the interview.
'This Close' follows Michael a gay guy living in Los Angeles...who happens to be deaf. He and his (also deaf) friend navigate through life and relationships in their late 20s and early 30s. 'This Close' premieres Feb. 14. Visit http://gay-storylines.com
Beyond Words (2018)
The series, created, written, and starring Shoshannah Stern and Josh Feldman, both of whom are deaf, explores the relationship between best friends Kate (Stern), who is newly engaged, and Michael (Feldman), who is attempting to move on from his ex-fiance.
Directed by: Andrew Ahn
Starring: Shoshannah Stern, Josh Feldman, Marlee Matlin, Zach Gilford, Cheryl Hines, Colt Prattes
Release date: February 14, 2018
This Close has been renewed for Season 2 in 2019!
