If approved, the transaction would become the most expensive sale ever recorded for a professional sports team.The proposed deal comes only about a year after Mark Walter acquired a controlling stake in the Lakers from the Buss family at a valuation of roughly $10 billion. Walter is now reportedly selling only his Lakers interest while retaining his investments in other sports organizations.

The fact that her husband (or “husband,” depending on your beliefs around here) is an investor in Trump’s illegal war. He’s earning money off of people being bombed and also supplying the weapons killing them.
It’s something of a surprise to me, because Josh always claimed to be progressive, and Karlie has made very visible efforts towards progressive causes. But Josh is okay with this investment, and so it seems is Karlie.
Before anyone accuses me of blaming a woman for a man’s actions, they BOTH need to be held accountable. It’s the same standard I’ve held Taylor to. You are the company you keep, and Karlie has publicly championed Josh Kushner many times through the years—and me, trusting her, believed that he might be a decent person. That’s the power of PR, and I fell for it. That’s why it matters that she’s continued to associate with him through years of the Trump administration.
