-Nebula NGC 5189

The knotty, filamentary structure of NGC 5189 formed as a dying star shed its outer layers. Interestingly, this planetary nebula has two nested structures tilted with respect to each other.

La estructura filamentosa y nudosa de NGC 5189 formada como una estrella moribunda arroja sus capas externas. Curiosamente, esta nebulosa planetaria tiene dos estructuras anidadas inclinadas entre sí.

Nunca pensé que una pequeña decisión me haría sentir tanta paz. No es un cambio repentino y aunque tardará traera consigo una increíble felicidad. La veo al final. Quiero crecer. Quiero entender. Quiero aprender.

Today I am feeling super self conscious about my body and hella uncomfortable in it. But I started talking with a friend/classmate from junior high and with a acquaintance/friend from the GB (who I haven’t seen in 3 and 4 years) and I was open about my depression and fuck ups and they were cool about it, I think.

Also, it doesn’t matter but in Spanish I wouldn’t speak like this, I wouldn’t say “super” or “hella” or “fuck ups”, in Spanish I don’t use slang or whatever, I am very formal I guess, I think it is because I didn’t have anyone to talk with before and only read books but in English I do speak with more people. This post is a mess.
