I think the most messed up crowd out there is people who can't differentiate between fiction and reality. They often choose to defend fictional characters and are ready to ruin an author's whole life just because they write "immoral" fictions that clearly don't cater to minors or the "morally good" people. Hear how stupid, entitled, and delusional that sounds?

Fictions aren't a reflection of the writers' morality and personality.

It's their rights and freedoms to write whatever they want. If you don't like it, then don't read it. It's not for you. Plain and simple. The universe doesn't revolve around you.

And I think those "morally good" people should seek help, to be honest. No sane person would devote so much time and effort to harass strangers online whom they haven't even met. It's jobless, creepy, and borderline psychotic behavior. I feel deeply sorry for and concerned about how unwell, pathetic, and miserable they are.

As a wlw, I really don't vibe with the "girl is actively bullying and harassing another girl" = "mean lesbian" interpretation that seems to be so prevalent in certain media circles.

Especially when the mean girl is actively more privileged in some way vs. the girl she's bullying is an outsider in the community (the school, small town, workplace, whatever).

It just seems like the sapphic version of "he only bullies you because he likes you!!" shit that normalizes abuse/harassment/disrespectful behavior within heterosexual relationships.

Why do we have to romanticize cruelty? Why do we have to sexualize harassment? When did we recast bullying as "acting out due to misplaced attraction", instead of "someone wielding an unbalanced power and control dynamic"?

And maybe it isn't that deep and people just find any and everything hot. But maybe it's not a good idea to tell people that when they have these incredibly toxic and dysfunctional relationships with their peers that it's all just a normal part of the queer experience?

It also just seems like such a disservice to wlw to cast us as our own bullies when so often it is cishet men and women that mistreat us.

Why didn’t anyone tell me that University was going to be like this?

I’m both so excited to be able to study what I want and choose what I learn but also terrified of what happens if I royally f*ck up and what I will do then. I mean I don’t want to get half way through what’s suppose to be the final step before I’m on my own then fail and end up needing to start all over again.

I suppose just like life, Uni is just a roller coaster of amazingness and misery, and I’m too short to ride, so I just sit on the bench whilst everyone is experiencing it to the fullest.

I feel like I’m still very much a child, trying to wade through adult life with instructions that make no sense.

I ask for advice only to be told to figure it out because there are no wrong answers. There are definitely wrong answers, and I don’t know what the right ones are.

Wizards are infinitely dumb. Memories in a Pensieve are objective and allows one to know things that the owner of the memory never knew, could never hear or see. Voldemort could have found out the rest of the Prophecy through Severus if only he had asked him to show the memory, and had stayed inside the room with Trelawney to hear the rest, as memory!Severus was thrown outside. In fact one could spy anything through memories and a Pensieve. You only have to go to a memory to virtually turn back in time without affecting anything as to what happened. They didn’t need to ask Slughorn for the rest of the memory. Albus could have tracked back the time where it took place, taken his own memory of that day, go to memory!Slughorn’s party, and spy on what has been said. You can know everything through memories and the way Pensieves work. 

But Wizards are so dumb. It’s like how the owner of a book shop couldn’t find the Invisible Books of Invisibility. Just Accio the damn things!!! Percy, you shouldn’t worry to have lost your badge if it only takes you an Accio to find it back! Doesn’t Accio work on Hallows as well? On Harry’s Cloak?

Okay I know I’m normally ranting about Dean/Cas but imma take a break for a moment to bitch for our dear lad SAMMY

Y’know what was a real shame they spent so much fucking time on in the early seasons and then just.... forgot about it? The whole SamXdemon blood/addiction arc. Why couldn’t they have played with it a bit later on?

Addictions don’t just... go away. Even with major trauma etc. - yes people get sober and live fulfilling substance free lives, but most addicts will tell you that it is a part of them that is a choice they continue to make every day. Often one substance/habit will be traded for another - that’s def something they could have worked with, maybe showing him over drinking coffee when they’re extra stressed on a case, or reaching for some other crutch when he needs that power.... sure he drinks but not to the same extent that they clearly show Dean doing. We see him struggling with depression, but we never really see him going on a bender or losing control again.

Addictive behavior and likelihood to abuse substances often has a genetic component making some folks more susceptible - which I would argue is def on the table when you look at John winchester and Dean’s drinking and then look at Sam’s addiction with the same lens. Why not return to Sam struggling with demon blood or similar decisions when feeling particularly low or powerless against seemingly insurmountable odds?

It all just seems like a waste even though Sam did have some other good arcs. they could have played that up with Lucifer playing mind games for sure

i’m in this weird place of wanting to watch Among Us vods and streams, write fanfiction, read fanfiction, learn french, or do my homework. honestly, homework is last and i actually ~don’t~ want to do it but it’s there out of obligation. anyway, i just really want to be a polyglot and write fanfiction and read other people’s wonderful stories. And watch Among Us.

As much as I love anime girl run and Naruto run jokes... I also kind of dislike them because they are the two ways I run.

Like I anime girl run when I am just trying to catch up to someone or if I am hurrying for a short distance.

While I Naruto run when I need to run. It makes me more aerodynamic and I go faster. (And it hurts less).

So all in all I have an interesting relationship with those jokes (love/hate I guess)...
