Don't think I shared this random bit of writing... should I?
Eh why not, behold my Wrath's Grandparents (lore accuracy is iffy probably, but I'm mostly happy with this):
(Heads up: oc x oc relationship, Jedi x Sith pair)

"I need to build a new Lightsaber." Sarza laments, falling onto the mattress next to him. Her pale slender fingers entwined with Shiker's rough crimson ones.
"Mh, it is a shame but I'd rather a tool be lost than you." He mumbles, half asleep, laying on his back. His free hand tangles into her long white hair as she curls closer.
"Hey now Lightsabers are NOT just a tool." Sarza huffs.
He pries open a firey gold eye to look at her indignant expression.
"Sure they are my love, I find and lose them all the time." He gives her a fanged grin.
"Even the one you made?" She asks appalled.
He raises a brow at her. "I never made my own before." He states simply, unbothered by the fact.
Her eyes light up with an idea, making a wave of dread rise withing him as he quickly tries to untangle from her but she merely follows. "No, whenever you look at me like that- what are you scheming?"
"Come to Ilum with me." She smiles.
"No." He replies bluntly.
"Please? Your first kyber crystal, could you imagine?"
The Sith Pureblood looks at his love in disbelief.
"I am a Sith, I can't just- what are you going to do, sneak me through Republic Customs? Force no-"
.
He curls his presence in the Force deeper and deeper within himself, a shadow hiding from the suns.
"This is never going to work." Shiker hissed.
He was currently wearing light colored robes with the hood drawn up, face hidden by a simple white helm.
"This is going to be great." She says, shining brightly in the Force despite attempting to look professional as they walked down the corridor. The notion of Shiker building his first Lightsaber still exciting her.
"Master Lonar! It is good to see you." They are stopped by one of the officers.
Shiker's back stiffens but Sarza just smiles and faces the officer.
"Captain Ryke, it's been far too long. Still running a tight ship as always I see." She gestures to the orderly space port.
"Of course, we have to with all these Imps running around." He looks down at his datapad. "Right, so you're here for a new Kyber Crystal….. can I convince you to look elsewhere from your usual or at least out of the mined stock?" The officer looked hopeful.
"I'm afraid not, you know me I like looking for it myself." She shakes her head with a smile.
Shiker opts to clasp his hands behind his back rather than cross his arms, the Imperial comment making his skin itch a bit.
The officer sighs before pausing, finally looking up at the man behind the Jedi, nearly twice their height. "Erm…. who's your friend here?"
"Archivist Lelir is accompanying me, he's a late bloomer you see…. and also happens to be working on a thesis." Sarza answers smoothly.
"Can I ask what it's about? I always like a good research publication." The officer asks, eyes seemingly boring into the other man.
"The power output of Kyber Crystals on Ilum compared to that on other planets. We are looking into if each Crystal is truly individual or if they can be generalized." Shiker answers, seeing Sarza stumble.
And the only reason this works is because Shiker had in fact ACTUALLY started looking into this sort of thing on a whim, so he wasn't completely floundering when the officer spent the next few minutes asking questions.
It was a relief when they were finally allowed to pass.
Sarza playfully taps his shoulder. "Archivist Lelir." She chuckles quietly.
I don’t know what it is about being inside a costume that shuts my introvert off but i feel free to be a completely different person when I’m in character.
