I dont know where to begin, but basically I have been following you for a long time but left this blog for a couple of months and basically I'm just writing because I have been having some doubts that I dont know whom to talk to. Its nothing heavy but I would really like to talk to someone on the self shipping community and I dont know if I could talk to you or if you know someone who would be willing to hear me and give some advice (again, its nothing heavy heavy, its just about insecurities for being plus sized, etc) sorry if I'm all over the place. Another question! Sorry, I was gonna wait but I actually thought of something 🙈 do other self shippers sometimes struggle with the idea that the possible f/o is not going to be interested because of their own personality or is it just me? Like, let alone the fact that I would never be physically attractive to them, but my personality wouldn’t be appealing to them either. Eg, there's a character that I like a lot but feel, because of past experiences with rl people that had a similar personality, that they would never like me because our personalities are just too different, does that make sense? I would really appreciate insight on this ☹

and to answer your second question!!! you’re definitely not the only person to feel this way! and i can completely understand why you feel the way you feel, especially when you’ve had past experiences with something similar, but i think it’s important to remember that while some people can have similar personalities, it doesn’t mean they’re all the same! and it doesn’t mean that your relationship will all be the same! and that’s the great thing about self shipping, you can make it so that your relationship is different than people you’ve had experiences with in the past! whatever you want and whatever you say is how it is, so you get to make it how you want it! you get to say that this character loves you, despite having different personalities, and that makes it true!!! focus on that !!!!!
