From the requests to come back, it seemed like his work there was done and he hoped to see at least a vaguetweet or two about a potential story stemming from his lies over the next day or two.
His path away from seeds of chaos he planted had put him in the path of biggest harbinger of it he had ever met, and the very reason he had shown up unrequested and uninvited.
