i have this fic idea that’s kind of niche-ish but not really i guess? think of it as a stranger things x the society au

maybe it’s like a group of teens going to a summer camp but when they get there it’s empty and when they try to leave oops! the roads are blocked

and at first it’s like a party with drinking and whatnot because woo! no adults! but then they’re all like oh fuck we actually have to get out of here

they need to rebuild society or whatever (kind of like yellowjackets too?? but they are NOT cannibals they find other ways to eat)

ooh and maybe the reader and steve start off as enemies because it’s king steve and he’s a dick who thinks he’s in charge…but the more time passes he’s like wait i actually do want to fuck her— he fell first she fell harder
