Chocolate oreo waffles
Hooray, I was able to get out for my walk yesterday! I took the erp with me and thankfully it didn’t rain on us even though the skies were threatening to do so. We saw all the wildlife though! All different kinds of birds, lots of squirrels and a rabbit!
I spent my walk time on the phone with my bf (there really needs to be an abbreviation for best girlfriend so it doesn’t sound like I have a boyfriend while married) which is always time well spent. Erp was awake at the beginning and end and I love watching her watch the nature around us. Looks like she’s already a fan of the outdoors!
Last night we had a video chat with Kevin’s family in California which we kept erp up for so she can continue to get familiar with their faces and voices. Hate that she hasn’t had the chance to meet them yet, and probably won’t for quite some time :/
Another lovely weekend morning in the books! I considered going back to sleep after my 7 a.m. pump sesh but didn’t want to wake up at 10 with only two hours of the morning left so I powered through and am so glad I did. It’s a rare thing when I regret staying awake in the quiet morning hours.
