My Kigu Stop cropped hoodie arrived today.

It’s ok, took five months to arrive and I’m not over the moon about it. It’s cute, comfy and good quality it just doesn’t fit me right and cannot stand where the “shoulder” cutouts mainly because they are no where near my shoulders. That’s more just how me not having broad shoulder, mais c’est la vie.

Alrighty so heres wh you shouldnt order from thekigustop!

So I like to consider myself a reasonably patient person and I'm trying to keep my cool rn but I've been dragged along by this shop owner for almost a year now and I've had enough. Also I'm going to avoid attacking her personally as I dont know her life and that isnt fair. So way back when in the year of 2017 I put in an order for a voltron 2 piece swimsuit. Anyone who follows me knows I love the show and I thought I could wear the top to cons! Like a fun rave wear thing.

So I ordered in early December and waited. And waited. And waited. Now when I ordered it was a preorder so I knew it would take a while. But I had a big convention coming up at the end of July, surely it would be in by then! All the emails I got assured me it was just doing some final tweaking and it would be in that week! This went on for several weeks. So I couldnt wear it to my con. But finally in mid August, I recieve a text! Your order has shipped! Okay well that kinda sucks cause summer is over but whatever it is what it is! So heres what the final product really looked like

Not exactly like the picture but still cute. I wish I could actually show you what I recieved except despite following the size chart, I couldnt even get it past my shoulders. And at this point I was beyond pissed but being unnecessarily aggressive has never gotten me anywhere. So I sent a message with my issues and she was a model business owner! Sweet and understanding and totally helpful. She couldnt refund me because it was a preorder, which I knew when I ordered, but she offered to replace my product with a varsity jacket or a hoodie. I'm a huge sucker for hoodies so I ask for the voltron hoodie with the kitty ears. Hooray great problem resolved except I'm about to move. So I hold off until I'm settled into my new place and then send her my new address! And nothing. Radio silence. She posts on her story that shes broken up with her boyfriend and is now making and emergency move. Okay cool I'll wait. And then she gets settled and nothing. Finally about 2 or 3 weeks ago I get a code and I'm told to just place an order. Okay fine. The code takes off the entire purchase but the shipping but whatever I've paid more than 10 dollars for crappier things so I pay it and wait. 2 weeks go by and still nothing in the mail. And then just yesterday

So now km livid. What the fuck??? So naturally I send a message and redo my order since the code still works. At this point I want a hoodie out of spite. And comes her lovely response

So I'm over it. I wont stop ordering that damn hoodie mainly bc now I want to be a pain in her ass. But yeah kigustop is kinda trash and after I recieve my order, because I will recieve my order I'm gonna report her to the better business bureau
