Years had passed since Arya found herself in Highgarden and for such a long time, there were only a few opportunities that arose for Arya to leave. But none of them were particularly good options and somehow, what was meant as a short stay extended into an almost permanent arrangement. 

But as time wore on, Arya did not hope to overstay her welcoming and her heart remained with her lost home and fallen siblings in the North. She thought of Sansa, Sansa who was still missing, and her brothers often. There were rumors of Rickon’s survival and more than anything she wished to have her family together.

Bash had come to Highgarden with a Tully delegation here to discuss business of trade goods. But given his status, he wasn’t really there for negotiations as much as for protection, or to be honest, tagging along for traveling purposes.
