Turn it up and push it out. •Cop your mistakes and learn from them. •Don’t sook, don’t whine, don’t bitch and moan. 👌 •If you don’t understand -ask. •If you are unhappy say something. •If you need help it’s there. •Don’t be a show pony, I don’t care where you’ve worked - show me your talent in my kitchen •Replicate what I show you to do- that’s your job until we decide to change something. •My expectations are set high for my self - they are set high for you too. •Don’t like the kitchen - you’ve lost your passion, enthusiasm or drive - got something else more important in the go - go waste someone else’s time •Look for ways to step up - there is a tonne of stuff to do always - and it all needs to be done- so just do it- if your not sure what to do - ask. — •MOST IMPORTANTLY OF ALL!🍎— Share your knowledge. Someone taught you what they knew.. Then you took it as your own.. it’s not yours.. it becomes a part of what makes us Chefs- creators of really interesting stuff that starts with food and is manipulated with the knowledge of thousands of minds over hundreds of years.
