i think what really struck me in hope or dope (2022) is the fact that the writers did not choose to take the direction where the kids' lives will be ruined by drugs instead the kdrama manages to put emphasis on how some circumstances do not define and determine the kind of person and the kind of life you will have because at the end of the day it is always about choice.

we can always allow specific conditions to define us but we can also choose to go beyond them and become better. i

it's really profound and sublime that the title of this kdrama ishope or dope.
