well uh i dunno~-uh. i suppose it's close to what i had in mind? just without the mad scientist inflections
writing him, he gives off the sound of someone with a naturally high voice trying to sound deep and suave, as if he'd been taught from a young age that masculinity is what makes power

i unfortunately can't read in voice actors... only voice direction. i can only name like, surface-level mainstream voice actors so i'm pretty hopeless on that front of giving examples😭
