Did the challenge quest again with Tomoe since I just got her to 10/10/10

I’ve noticed on both runs Shiki went full bully mode on Waver, I wonder if it was just shitty RNG or it’s intentional focus. Unlike Tamamo, Merlin’s heal wasn’t enough for him to survive until the end.
