Hey, it's an OC! This is actually Koijea, seen here: click! (Third guy from the left with the black hair ponytail. He was originally part of the collection of TMNT toys I used to have like Johnny here. His original name was Latios (yes after the Pokemon). Now he's a human-like immortal man who has a sentient sword that's cursed with the soul of a murderer that likes to possess him when possible.

Ibby convinced me to draw him again as a turtle, so he's come full-circle.

He's a Pearl River map turtle! Look below to see his "possessed" form.
