Theron rly said "my partner is allowed to be a little evil as a treat"
Is it time to say goodbye? (x)
@swtortober day 13: The Emperor
We are ruled by the lies we tell ourselves.
Surely I'm not the only one who thinks the Vette/Torian choice in ET ch 8 is utterly stupid. Every single one of my characters, even the most irredeemably evil ones, would choose to split up the party, go save one of them themselves and send Senya and/or Arcann, or Lana and/or Theron, to rescue the other one. That is what happened in my headcanon and you cannot change my mind. Like I get that the writers wanted us to have to make a Sophie's choice and have the other one die, but the emotional impact is completely neutered by the fact that there is such a stupidly simple solution to this scenario that we for some reason are not allowed to choose.
Yes, how viable this solution is might depend on who the Commander is and whether Senya and Arcann are alive to help or not. But come on. Even a non-Force using Commander and noted non-Force user Theron Shan are good enough in battle that this option should at least be considered viable enough to be on the table. Personally I have only played through KOTET on Force classes so far, and I've kept Senya and Arcann alive every time, so I keep ending up with a scenario where THREE extremely powerful Force users somehow have to stick together and can't split up to save people? I'm calling bs.
I'm sorry WHAT?!
thinking about eternal empire but what if thexan lived. twin emperors of the eternal empire. thexan was loyal so i imagine arcann and vaylin are like. we will do ANYTHING to keep valkorion from coming back to life AND we have to keep thexan from finding out at all costs.
all while valkorion is out there possessing the commander. probably wishing he could possess thexan because it would be WAY easier...
arcann straight up tackling thexan off a building to prevent him from running face to face with their father. vaylin launching the commander into the next neighborhood. comedy of errors as vaylin and arcann in the bg try to kill valkorion for real but secretly all while the trio go to war with the alliance also... just an idea im playing with! :3c
KOTFE+ET in a nutshell, really
