Today's siren of the day is the KS-E 1200 by WANDEL UND GOLTERMANN
Sooo.. Wandel und Goltermann. A very cool name for a company. However it's kinda hard to find siren history/info on this model. But the history behind Wandel und Goltermann is cool though. This company is known for radio systems, electrical bells and many other devices! Definitely recommending looking into it. It's assumed that the KS-E sirens were put up in the 1980s. And surprisingly a lot are still active.
