So are there people in the reject cast (main and side characters) who would be freaked out about how Zoe, despite being 16, is about 6'1 inches tall
The main cast would freak out but in a completely positive way. All of them would think her height is amazing and ask her a bunch of questions about it. Unless she asked them not to, in which case they'd back off. Ethan, Tantum, and Isaac specifically would probably try and climb her often as a form of friendship, if she felt comfortable letting them. I have their canon heights throughout the series written down somewhere but none of them get too close to her height so she'd still tower over all of them.
Kurt would probably be the most confused by it since she's close to their ages and so tall more than anything else. But otherwise the other side characters probably would get past the initial surprise rather quickly.

Former popular girl and Chrissy’s cousin. She was rivaling Jessica’s popularity and control before a rumor started that she was in love with a reject. After realizing she didn't care about her popularity she faded into the background trying to live a peaceful high school life with her girlfriend.

Kurt is "Ram's best friend" since middle school. Being made to join the same football team by his dad Ram's been at his hip ever since. He often tries to redirect Ram from bullying the reject cast, even if he doesn't always succeed. Some say the only reason Ram is popular is because of Kurt but no one is stupid enough to ask if that's true.
