Thanks, KXCI, for fond memories of Monica's spin class. Is the universe trying to tell me to get back to the gym? This was one of Monica's "fast flat" selections, which means you ride as fast as possible for the whole song. The Joaquin Phoenix version Monica used seemed really long (~6 min?). We sang along to this song, as we cycled as fast as possible down that imaginary flat, rural road. I want to give a sincere thank you to Kathy Rivers and KXCI for all of the thoughtfully curated music they have been playing while we are staying home.
