He’s not even “bratty” tbh when he’s speaking normally, he only sounds like that during his outbursts. The most talkative he gets is around Rey and Snoke, when he’s either trying to bond with her in his own weird way or trying to explain why he’s totally evil and hasn’t failed. And those Rey speeches aren’t about politics, they’re about the Force or about her family issues
