Ok wow!!! hello everyone:

VeilCode is a new electronic music unit formed by japanese singer MiIKUROMIKA and producer LAPOPBRUT (that's me!)

And our first track "Touch" is out now!

It was a crazy process but we somehow made this happen across continents and time zones: She lives in Tokyo and i'm on the Patagonian region of Argentina, so it was basically a lot of zoom calls during midnights or lunch breaks but Mika is one of the most hardworking indie artists i know so it was a delight.

Today's aesthetic for Lapopbrut is the 90s idea of a goth nightclub for vampires

The makeup job remains, at best, experimental...freeform......an exploration of the medium, if you will)🫥

The photo editing was very inspired by Mia Novakova moody grainy 80s anime vibe (some examples with sources on my moodboard blog @brutcore)
