As a native Italian, I made Lasagne alla Romagnola for Easter 🐣 I can’t give you this specific recipe, but this ragù cooked 3 hours before being layered. There are only a little salt, pepper and fresh herbs as seasoning. The secret weapon of the béchamel sauce is a little grated nutmeg and the only cheese in here is Parmesan, which is ridiculously good for you and it’s lactose-free... no ricotta, no mozzarella... just simple heaven! I don't think any of you will read this but that's fine. It'd just an update on everything that's going on. First off, yes I am single and I have been for nearly 2 months. If you saw some of my stuff awhile ago then you'd know I was pretty depressed and suicidal. That's gotten a lot better since I've broken up with my ex. The relationship wasn't your typical 'bad relationship' but it was emotionally draining and on the borderline of being abusive. A lot of red flags were popping up so I'm really glad I ended it when I did. Thank to everyone who was supportive during that time, you helped a lot!!
