Yesterday, after a hard day’s work, I went to the Improv Theater class of my dear friend Anne at Alchemical Theater Lab. It was a real cure to play around with movement, sounds & words, letting go all tension of creating something “great”, but creating right out of the moment and communication instead, in a nicely international and diverse bunch of people. We had so much fun and laughed a lot. So this leads me to showing you some things I found at my feet walking New York City, reminding me that you always gotta find what makes you feel good right - here.
