league verse evie is probably      .      .      .      some  kind  of  ionian  nymph.  minds  herself  in  the  woods  ,  enjoys  messing  with  travellers  ,  and  causing  general  mischief.  a  soul  invested  in  love  and  intimacy.  i  could  see  her  being  playful  and  mischievous  and  flirtatious  and  a  sexual  creature  ,  in  tune  with  nature  ,  but  also  using  her  prowess and  charm  to  lure  unsuspecting  people  in  the  woods  to  her  lagoon  nestled  in  the  woods  ,  taking  them  into  the  water  and  making  everything  seem  fun  and  harmless  until  she  plunges  them  under  and  drowns  them.  she  takes  any  shiny  trinkets  they  have  and  takes  their  heart.  evie  doesn’t  eat  it  or  anything---------------just      .      .      .      keeps  it.  she  sees  it  as  a  token  of  love.  a  collector  of  hearts  and  a  deceiver  and  a  nymph.  has  no  remorse  for  her  actions   ;   it’s  her  nature.

exhibits  intense  jealousy  and  possessiveness  and  a  need  for  attention  above  all  others.

definitely  a  water  nymph  ,  even  though  that’s  implied.  her  strength  excels  in  the  water.  if  you’re  caught  in  it  with  her  ,  you’re  probably  not  gonna  make  it.  the  water  seems  to  just  pull  you  under  as  if  there’s  an  anchor  latched  to  your  ankles  ,  and  shift  around  you.  obviously  evie  is  a  remarkable  swimmer.  she  cannot  control  water  outside  of  her  lagoon  ,  nor  can  she  move  the  water  from  her  lagoon  outside  of  it.  it’s  more  that  she’s  just  able  to  manipulate  the  lagoon  as  it  is  by  creating  suctions  of  water  beneath  victims  to  pull  them  under---------------it  doesn’t  help  that  she  often  clings  to  them  and  goes  under  with  them  as  this  happens  ,  often  resulting  in  the  victim  not  even  noticing  they’re  being  killed  while  a  pretty  young  nymph  kisses  on  them.

there’s  a  small  cave  next  to  her  lagoon  where  evie  keeps  her  treasures  and  collection  of  mummified  and  fresh  hearts.
