So, more and more the dystopian nightmare we're living through is mirroring the (ongoing) military coup I lived through in 2021 in Myanmar (Burma).

I've been reflecting on it a lot, and I really think the US needs to join (or at least learn from) #TheMilkTeaAlliance - an anti-totalitarian social media solidarity movement formed by Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Myanmar.

A synopsis for those interested

In Myanmar they had 2 big symbols of resistance they used that were powerful and moving.

The three finger salute (yes, from Hunger Games)

Banging on pots and pans (to dispell evil spirits) EVERY night at 8pm.

I'm really ready to bang on some pots again... can we make something like this happen? Do we need new symbols, or can we unite internationally?
