She wishes she did not have to deal with this, at least not at work. Standing in the back where boxes were neatly stacked full of alcohol and a path that lead to a large freezer that stored food. Veronica eyes were closed, inhales were taken through her nose and let out slowly through her mouth to calm herself from what she had seen. This Seer shit was not a blessing in the slightest, it was a curse. SHE was a curse-- or at least she felt like one. ❝Vera?❞ Comes a femme voice, causing her eyes to open and head to turn in the direction of the voice to see the raven haired female looking at her with concern, ❝Are you okay?❞ She questions softly. Veronica just quickly smiles and nods, ❝Yeah, I’m fine. --Panic attacks. I know we are going to be super busy tonight, so I had a minor freak out. I’m sorry. I’ll be okay.❞ That was a lie, however, she has been doing them for so long that it was like second nature to her. She notices the raven haired female named Wendy sigh softly before nodding, ❝Oh-- don’t worry! We’re gonna be okay. You’ve done this before and you’re gonna be great just like in the past.❞ She reassures her. Veronica smiles a warm smile, appreciating her efforts. ❝You’re right. --C’mon, let’s get stuff ready before we open.❞ Veronica says as she finally leaves the back.
Veronica was busy making sure the counter tops were cleaned when her manager requested she helped the band setup for their show that night. Veronica casually shrugs and nod, ❝Sure.❞ She says before tossing the wash clothe to Wendy before making her way to the back entrance. Once outside she saw a large tour bus, she had never seen one up close before so it took her a little off guard. But when seeing the talent she gives a friendly smile, ❝Hola! I’m Veronica but everyone calls me Vera, welcome to Le Serpent Rouge. I was asked to help you guys setup. Any questions before I take you guys inside? --And yes, alcohol is on the house for our talent.❞
