Research Can Be Fun. Even In Law School.

Some Halloween-related search terms I used today via LexisNexis: haunted house (A.D.2d 254), Satan denied constitutional rights (54 F.R.D. 282), & GIANT STUFF-A-PUMPKIN (48 F.3d 1193).

Isn't law school fun?

Edited to answer question about Satan: the court held for the defendant because there were questions of personal jurisdiction, propriety of class action, and the plaintiff did not provide instructions for service of process. It basically got thrown out of court for problems relating to civil procedure.
