I think every person who seeks low cortisol and inner healing should visit Lithuania at least once in their life.

Today, I had a 20 min run in a forest (my first run ever), then a delicious healthy meal, then I've sunbathed in a park on a green grass with birds chirping around, reading a book, then I bought a Nykštukas icecream, and it was one of the best days of my life. I feel so relaxed as never before.
