I probably need to do more walking, honestly. I mean, I walk a decent amount already. But I imagine my weight still isn't perfect, and I could almost absolutely do with trying to improve it. I know that much.

But! And here's the big kicker: I get super sweaty if I even remotely exert myself. My back is basically already coated in a layer of sweat, because it gets nice and hot being pressed up against the back of our recliner. I'm already sweating, so I just know I'll end up having to change my shirt before bedtime. For gods sakes, tomorrow it's supposed to snow! Yet I'm still sweating. I hate my genetics for me having this condition. sigh...

Thank you, Lizzie, I would literally die for you🥺🥺🥺💗💗💗 When I tell y’all this is going to be cheesy. 😭😭 I mean, I literally mention it in this excerpt. I can’t help it, I’m having fun so I’m making it everyone else’s problem laskdjf. I’m still on a first draft, no editing has been done, so bear with me on that. And in case y’all missed it last night since I was answering asks at like 2 in the morning 😂 the characters are a little older in this, so Hen and Zack are like 19/20ish and Maddie and London are around 23/24.

“No,” he answered simply, staring straight ahead for a beat, clearly lost in thought. “We still want the same things and we always end up in the same place eventually, it just takes him a little longer to get there,” he explained with a shrug. “But, ya know, he’s worth the wait,” he muttered, squeezing his eyes shut for a beat, hating how cheesy it sounded even as the words were leaving his mouth. 

“Aww,” Charlotte and Jasper cooed simultaneously.
