Ramblings 🗣️

The reason characters like Rewan and Nathan are so compelling is because they are unique. They have their own personalities and story lines. Fb is stuck on continually merging the OG boys which is so boring and uninteresting. Like if I want to post about Gryff saying something cute, that’s somebody else’s Darin or Kami saying the same thing. How are we supposed to be excited about these pixels, if they don’t even have their own character?

It’s not like this is new, but it’s just gotten worse through the seasons. It’s why we end up wanting the unromanceable characters because we can band together and blab about why we love/hate them so much 🖤 That used to be such a large (and fun) part of the game, and I miss it 😿

Just finished volume 6 of LITG S12 and I actually cannot believe I waited a whole damn week for THIS.

⚠️ SPOILERS ⚠️

So FIRST OF ALL.

Rewan and Mei got exposed and dumped, and surprise-surprise, they were the ones behind all the drama.

Not shocked, but disappointed. I was hoping for Rewan to get a redemption arc, so that he could become another love interest for the MC because their whole vibe was giving enemies to lovers – one of my favorite tropes by the way – BUT NOoOoOoOOoOoO 👻

Turns out Rewan’s a cheater. So is Mei.

And now I’m emotionally wrecked.

I’m sorry but none of the OG boys are doing it for me. Maybe Nathan and the MC’s BFF have potential cause at least they have a personality unlike the rest of the LIs who were merged into one bland man.

That’s why I liked Rewan. He stood out, had a character. Yeah, he was an a-hole, but an interesting one 😔

And listen…

if Rewan and Mei somehow come back to the villa as Casa Amor bombshells, and there’s an option to romance him, I’m taking it 🤷🏻‍♀️

BUT ONLY IF the cheating turns out to be some massive misunderstanding, because we all know Fusebox loves turning up the drama over nothing. I’m not out here defending cheaters, don’t get me wrong, but with the options we’ve got, Rewan was the only one who actually sparked my interest. It’s the banter, okay? I’m a Gemini Venus for crying out loud! 😤

Now I’ve got no choice but to wait another week for the next volume. I’m putting all my hopes on the Casa Amor boys.

LITG S12 VOL V

Apparently I had a lot to say, so it’s under the cut 😅 The short version- Drama, Mei is annoying, more drama, Nathan is cute, bestie boy has a crush, DRAMA‼️🤣

Boy bestie said MC’s untrustworthy based on one of the secrets you picked. Mine was MC broke up with a bloke before holiday, but still went on the trip. Apparently the bloke was “Sam” and a friend of bestie boy’s 🙃

Mei is the WORST the entire volume. She tries to lie about MC’s partner flirting with her, then you can pay to call her out. Honestly fb cannot write a good clap back 🙄 Mei and Rewan are literal liars! But instead of stating the obvious, you can pick some other nonsense things to say 💀

lol everyone is fighting and we don’t finish the challenge. Instead, bestie boy makes up a game of compliments and you go around the Villa to find them. It makes no sense 😂

Lmfao you can spray Rewan in the shower 🚿 And you bet I did it. I don’t even dislike him anymore, I just like messing with him 🤭

Nathan girlies getting some love this volume!! He gives MC a sweet compliment, you get to solve a mystery together, and even go on a date 🥂

So Nathan finds a mystery note that says “break them up!” You go to the secret garden with him to chat about it and he gives MC the note (bad idea). Then you hide it in your suitcase (worse idea), Mei knocks it over and somehow Rewan find the note and does what he does best- STIRS! It’s quickly resolved but 🫠

Because of the trustworthy vote, MC gets a date with Nathan and Mei gets a date with your partner. Nathan is actually so cute on the date and you can have a little flirt. Mei ofc is trying to lay it on thick with your partner 🤢

Okay but why is it so sweet that Nathan suggests stealing your partner back for some private time🥹 I’M NOT FALLING FOR NATHAN YOU ARE! Oh but it’s 29 gems for the private beach 🤑

I almost forgot- MC’s big secret is revealed. Mine was MC dated a friend’s ex, which doesn’t go over well with my partner since his ex cheated with his bestie 💀 But you make up on the beach. Not sure how that’s resolved if you don’t take the gem option 🤔

BESTIE BOY HAS A CRUSH ON MC ‼️ I don’t want to get my hopes up, but if this turns into FTL it would actually be so cute ☺️

Lullabye-Bye challenge answers here. Mei following MC around to every bed 😒 Girl needs to back off

I still love Gryff 🥰 I’m guessing it’s a set up, Mei put her pants in MC’s bed to cause drama. I’m also guessing the note to “break them up” was hers. So this is going to be dragged out until the dumping. Bye bye, Mei 👋 Ngl, I’ll be kinda sad to see Rewan go 🙈
