Ever since I made my post yesterday regarding being the partner of a transman, I have received quite a few messages from others who are experiencing similar situations in their relationships.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for sharing your stories with me.
Based on your responses, I think I'm going to start making videos talking about my experience, and answering any questions any of you might have for me about what's going on in my life, so that I might help you find some direction in your own relationships.
It's difficult to be the partner of a trans person, and our community is so often forgotten. It is my mission, now, to make sure that does not happen. We need to be there for each other, just as we need to be there for our partners while they are transitioning, because we are transitioning, too.
So, as soon as I have some feedback, I will make my first video. If any of you have any questions for me, about my life since my partner has come out, about my relationship and how it's changed, about me, about him, about anything, let me know.
Do you guys think, if I went through with this, you would ask? Would you actually watch?
