LEO but like future 🥹 he is probably my favorite character in Lab Rats and I was devastated when I realized he wasn’t in Elite Force… 😭 I also genuinely thought the episode(technically 2 episodes??) when him, Taylor and Logan formed a new team was hinting at a sequel where they’d become mentors or, like, start a whole superhero team together. AND THEN THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP AFTER THAT EPISODE??? 😢 THEY WORKED SO WELL TOGETHER 😭 anyways i based this off of how he looked in Elite Force but like buffer. And piercings for some reason, but u know.

Even though he showed up in like one episode, I adore Logan and I also adore Taylor (who had a character arc BUT I NEED MORE)😔

once again thinking about the JONAS/Lab Rats Swap!AU...

Adam, Bree, Chase and Marcus blow up as a band when Leo records them playing at a party. (I added Marcus in bc I could, and also bc he was part of the band in the show. Bree sings...she doesn't really play any instruments, but she has a tambourine and she sings.)

Due to some...thing that happened, Donald gained custody of his brother's kids. (maybe he was in jail? I've seen that in a non-bionic au post before and i'm tempted to use it) but Marcus had (ooh wait i think i'm cooking now) been living with Giselle (I can do what I want actually; giselle is marcus's mom in this, so for most of the plot he he has Giselle's last name, Vickers, since she wouldn't have changed her name even if she and douglas had been married, since she'd made a name for herself already, and douglas comes back into the picture later on, after the storyline starts. I'm thinking Adam, Bree, and Chase don't know Marcus is their half-brother, but neither does he until douglas comes back into the picture). And Giselle is a successful movie director with side projects in robotics, but without bionics in this au, she's not evil. A little unhinged, maybe, when it comes to her work, but not evil or trying to kill anyone. So, Marcus doesn't have as shitty of a life in this au.

Donald still marries Tasha, who already had Leo, and they become one big family. That all stays the same. However, with no bionics there's no lab, and ABC aren't a surprise. They were homeschooled until middle school. (I'd say the whole time, but a big thing in JONAS is that the people at school are used to them, so they aren't freaking out about a famous band going to their school, and I want to keep that aspect in there.) They have been learning music since they were kids, though. (I really want to call the fic "One of em's a girl!") but they haven't tried to make it big until they go viral online after forming the band with the three of them and Marcus. (they break out the concert in a can, which makes the video even more impressive).

Chase plays the guitar and bass, but since Chase picks things up quickly and Marcus plays the guitar, he plays bass most of the time. Adam is on drums, and Bree sings.

As for the supporting cast, I want to say Owen, Caitlin, Sebastian, Sabrina makes an appearance..., Logan, Taylor. Most of them have similar dynamics as in lab rats canon. There's that one episode in JONAS, that, in this AU, Troy West has the world thinking he and Bree are together until they disguise Sebastian and convince the world he's a "mystery guy" that's actually dating Bree. (they're a crush that doesn't last long. I'm thinking maybe in this au she meets skylar in LA and they get together, because there isn't much room for "childhood best friends to lovers" storylines with lab rats, but I also don't want to bring in all the mm characters initially bc that's a lot, so I'm trying to stick with lab rats here). We're not doing the Anya plot bc that was a mess, but Adam falls for Owen because he's a little eccentric. Bree doesn't accidentally convince him he needs to learn to be "normal", but she does assure him Adam likes that he's different. Chase...he and Sebastian eventually get together after a tumultuous friends-to portion of their friends-to-lovers plotline. (Like Joe and Stella, yes.)

And as for why it's a Swap!AU...

Frankie Lucas accidentally finds the basement lab of the firehouse when he's...let's say he's 13. (if he's ten he can't take them to school with him and have it make sense, so I aged him up a bit.) Sandy also didn't know about her husband's experiments...wait. or Sandy and Frankie come into the picture later... Frankie is still 13 though, so he's at least closer to the boys in age.

Tom had given Kevin superstrength, Joe superspeed, and Nick super intelligence (though Joe is not a girl, he has the same genetic modifications Bree has so that his body can handle his bionics). (this part of the swap!au is more difficult to come up with). I don't know what do with Stella and Macy here. They could be anything, honestly.

Honestly I’m not sure. I do love whatever vibe him Logan and Taylor have going on. I probably lean towards Logan in a more romantic sense for Leo tho

So, I just looked up Logan from Lab Rats, because I didn't know who it was.

And I have never hated someone's face so much. Like. This is probably controversial, but I hate his face so much, I want to punch him. He looks like a shitty YouTuber, I hate it
