He'll be angry for you.

You can scream at him, yell about how much you hate this place, he'll scream with you.

He may not be as beautiful, cheerful or soft spoken as his lover but he's there, protective and grounding.

He is the feeling of your dog sleeping next to you at night.

He is the rage you feel for others.

He is the feeling of accomplishment when you've stood up for yourself.

He is bravery,

He is protectiveness,

He is Ares.

Lord Ares is there when i'm angry towards all the injustices going on in the world. Lord Ares is there when i fight for the causes i believe in.

Lord Ares showed me that I can suffer, thrash, writhe, cry and cry, sob, dry-heave, scream, lash out, crash out, fall apart, lay catatonic, undergo humiliation, lose everything, and more, all over, and over, and over again.

These are not signs of weakness

these are all symbols of the warrior

With Him by my side, I always get back up.

He may lose battles. He always wins the war.
