Do you have any fun facts about the Grey Go Away Bird? It's one of my favorites :)
I don't know if I have any particularly fun facts, but I can definitely make a post for you about them...
Grey Go-Away Bird or Grey Lourie (Crinifer concolor), family Musophagidae, order Musophagiformes, found in Southern Africa
The common name comes from a call that the bird makes that sounds a bit like “go away”, which they tend to make when disturbed.
They often forage on treetops, looking for fruit and insects in groups or 20-30.
There are 3 go-away birds, and they are in the same genus as plantain eater, and the same family as Turacos.
