I'm quite certain this book is a prop. Book covers do not look like that. Assuming with little doubt that this is a prop, that someone made with intent, then the message it sends if you notice it is absolutely intentional. Thus...
Destiel is canon.
Now we can argue whether or not Cas' feelings are reciprocated all day long — Dean never answered — but by this book alone... Destiel is IN the canon.
Because, if you ask me, it takes two lovers to quarrel. Dictionary definition agrees: "An argument between two people who are romantically involved."

A point about the two gods fighting's looks: she is actually the one who has landed more hits, as he can only defend for reasons. Her clothes are only that torn because she spend some time half to a trance for months due to the depression of being locked in there by the King of Gods' decree.
