do you guys ever think Warriors just goes ‘wtf are yall on about’ when any other the other Links mention something about their adventures that a lil on the crazy side?? More on the dungeons and quests side?

Like Twi mentions fighting a giant skeleton monster in old prison grounds or how he had an underwater dungeon where he had to fight this giant eel monster underwater and Wars just goes huh???

Like Warriors has bosses on his battlefields but I feel like none of them have been crazy or inside these crazy dungeons! But also all of his bosses, outside of the original characters like Cia/Wizzro/Volga, are from other games. So like when Time mentions fighting King Dodongo does Wars go ‘oh same lol’??

There’s definitely some comedic potential there haha!

lu headcanons because I abandoned my bois-

- Warriors, Twi and Four have a mini book club! They all have wildly different preferences! Warriors loooves those cheesy romantic books, Twi enjoys poems and short stories while Four prefers nonfiction books. They all come together and recommend books and share their opinions on things. They all greatly enjoy this!! Helps bond them

- love the idea of Hyrule being scrappy while fighting, one of the better Links at hand combat but only because he will use any tactic he can to come out on top. The type to bite and throw dirt in your face, the others had to learn the hard way while wrestling with him. Wild enjoys it the most, and it usually causes him to join in!

- I can’t remember if I mentioned this before, but to me, Warriors is the type to write everything down in a dairy. He has notebooks with him and he started journaling during the war to keep his thoughts in orders and to help his mental health. Started out as letters to his family before realizing it helps him cope, now he mainly writes about his day and his thoughts/concerns. The others (fondly) tease him about it but they all understand that it helps and that it’s private.

- Wild loves keeping track of the other Links’ favorite foods. I like to think during the earlier parts of the adventure, when they’re all still getting to know each other. If Wild notices one of the others feeling down and he doesn’t feel confident enough to talk to them, he’ll make a meal he noticed they liked. Of course now he has an easier time talking to the others but still makes their favorite meals whenever anyone is down in the dumps.

- I saw a post a while back about the boys picking up songs from each other and I love!! That!! So much!!! Just picking up hums and tunes from each other, especially since music is so important to a few of them!! I can just see Time teaching the others the song of healing (Twi helps join in)!! Such a great idea <3

Been having Legend thoughts on my mind.

I just keep imagining little kid Legend, happily living with his Uncle on their orchard. Then skipping to 6 adventures later, where Legend is now a traumatized young adult who wears a mask of gruff indifference because he keeps losing the people he loves and he can’t help but be angry and lash out but he still loves so fully and and and-

Been thinking of the idea of consequences of using magical items in Loz and I love the idea that anybody who uses the Gate of Time in Skysword becomes marked by it. So far I’ve been thinking of gaining a tattoo of the gate of time on the person’s upper back, so Zelda, Link, Groose and Impa all share the same gate of time tattoo on their backs.

Random phobias among the chain

Hmmm this one is a bit tricky but fun to think about! And this became way more angstier than I planned 😅

I think for a long time Hyrule was scared of any sight of blood due to his fear and anxiety of his own blood spilling. Took him a while to not blanch at blood at all, thankfully he’s not so put off by other people’s blood, though he still has a huge phobia of his own blood!

I think it’ll be interesting if Legend is scared of his dreams, he’s always terrified that he’ll get stuck in another Koholint Island situation. This turns into him being afraid that the adventure he’s on with the others is just a dream, it really haunts him at night.

Warriors has the fear of being poisoned, and it tends to be irrational. After repeating poisonings during and after the War, Warriors has a need to make his own food or watch his food being made. Unfortunately even with watching Wild make his food, Warriors still has that constant fear and sometimes has to resort to eating rations/ingredients/fruits & vegetables. He genuinely feels awful for doing this, he knows that the others would never poison him, but he needs to protect himself.

Time has arachnophobia, terrified of skulltulas and even the tiny insect spiders. House of Skulltula was where he gained this phobia, being cursed as a skulltula frightened him, he still saved the sons, just definitely had nightmares afterwards.

Wild has claustrophobia, once he realized that he was in Shrine of Resurrection for 100 years, he’s been scared of being trapped in tight places ever since. Most of the time, he’s able to overcome this in caves, wells, etc. But sometimes the haunted image of his body in the Shrine gets to him.

LU duos that have been taking over my mind (and that I need to talk about more often)

Sky & Legend (on surface level, grumpy & sunshine duo, but there’s wayyy more to them)

Wild & Warriors (arsonist & and the babysitter that’s secretly also an arsonist, they have So Much Potential)

Sky & Warriors & Twilight (Big Brother Trio! When they’re alone just the 3 of them, there is no braincell in Sight)

Time & Warriors (They mean so much to me, they lean on each other because they know the other will hold them)

Wind & Four (Lil guys!!!!!! Lil guys being a lil mischievous!!!!)

Time & Hyrule (Raised by Fae and potentially part Fae?? I feel like they have a lot in common)
