My grandpapa used to always sit with his back to the wall before he had a wheelchair. He sat there so that he could keep his eye on the whole restaurant.
I think John might be a bit paranoid. Why would he sit facing this direction? He can see the whole of the restaurant if he was facing Sherlock...but this way he can also see the door. Also, sitting beside someone is awkward to talk, but sitting accross is so far away. Sitting adjacent is much better.
John specifies it's sarcasm eeeee
Gabrielle: *flaps her umbrella in a signal*
Me, who knows morse code: one one-two-three, that’s a “b”
Sherlock Holmes: What is it ‘dear?’
Gabrielle, in her french accent: Oh, eet’s ah bee!
Well yes, yes it is, isn’t it.
This one I'd slowed down & zoomed in for easier hand holding viewing, sadly only contains two seconds of the hand holding tho
This is the face of a man who went to school & had training for 8 years, did a round of internship, then was a field surgeon for 3 years, only to have his intelligence insulted by some whacko he met yesterday
"No. I'm just saving you the trouble of asking. No I won't do an interview, but I don't want the money."
Kitty: "you and John Watson, just platonic? Should I put you down for a no there as well?"
Silence
"There's all sorts of gossip in the press about you two,"
(Set the record straight)
Ok so we know that John is mixed-handed (not to be confused with being ambidextrous), but he’d usually use his left for things like opening & unlocking doors.
since these keys are in the right hand, he’s wearing a nice coat, & he has keys to baker street, it must be Sherlock.
Well actually it’s John! Deduce what you want from that, friends & freaks!
