*The young man had been assigned the new student as a partner in one of their tasks and so wanted to make an impression. After all his reputation had needed to be mended with the other students after recent events so Kieran had decided to act more like himself.

Although as always his normal self when he wasn't focusing solely on getting stronger tended to be a bit awkward. As such even getting to know the male had been tough. That being said there was now an opening, the option of a back and forth of asking questions.*

"If it's something you don't mind talking about it, I was wondering about your mask. If it's something you want to keep to yourself I was also wondering why you came here. There are other academies...though I'm happy you chose this one."

"Wait . . . Just how old do you think I am?" Sure, much of his personal life was kept secret, and he wore a mask, but surely his age was common information, right?? -@Ivy

Shit, was this one of those trick questions? She was now a tad worried about her new friend's question and worried she was going to upset the man. "Ummmm, I thought you were around 40ish, like late 30's or early 40's at the oldest, you're very tall and big, so I assumed you were a lot older than me, especially since you run a business," she admitted, slowly ducking behind her stuffel slightly. "I'm way off, aren't I?" she added meekly.

"You look lost, need some help?"

The girl stood by a red-painted cafe, fumbling with a device on her wrist. She was wholly unprepared for this venture to another region, especially alone. But when you're asked to venture out to investigate a place with far different legends than your own, who was she to say no?

But now here she was, trying to get a map to pull up on her Poketch. It was far too bright and too loud out here, and the struggle was beginning to get to her. So when a voice appeared, directed at her, she jumped with a quiet yelp. Arms pulled close to her chest, she turned to the stranger. "Ah- Um- S-Sorry..!" She brushed off her dress as if it were dusty, then let her arms relax. "I...I am l-lost. Though um...I'm n-not too s-sure where I'm supposed t-to go, either."
