#ad 👨👩👧👦 I love when the family gets together for special occasions, like Easter, as it gives me a chance to get in the kitchen and create some delicious #Food. 🥣 In case you didn’t already know cooking is a huge passion of mine. I absolutely love creating new dishes. 🌱 Here’s one for you if you fancy a meat-less main dish or even as a side dish for your Easter feast. #MailleMustard & Feta Mushrooms with seasonal veg Ingredients (serves 1): 1 x Portobello Mushroom 3 x Asparagus spears 3 x Baby corn 1 1/2 tsp x #Maille multigrain mustard 15g x Feta cheese 2/3 x Red chilli Handful of fresh chopped coriander How to: - Heat a pan with a little oil and 1/2 tsp of #Mustard, place mushroom cup side down - In another pan add baby corn and cook through, remove from pan when cooked and set aside - In the empty pan add a dash of oil and cook the asparagus with a 1/3 of the chopped chilli - Once mushrooms are completely cooked through add the rest of the mustard to the cap and let cook for 2 more minutes before removing from pan and setting upon the asparagus and baby corn - Crumble feta over the top and sprinkle chilli and coriander to taste. - Enjoy 🛒 In my opinion the best mustard to use is @Maille Multigrain which is available from all major supermarkets.
