maybelline super stay teddy tint in “mascara tear”
Hi everyone
I wanted to try something different and do a blog post about a whole makeup look wearing only one brand.
So my foundation is Urban Decay All Nighter in the shade 0.5 as I’m VERY pale. I love full coverage foundations so much, it evens my skin care and leave me feeling flawless.
My concealer is a mix of Urban Decay “Naked Skin” and “All Nighter” both in the shade “fair light”. I wear two types because NS has a light formula I use just to reduce any redness and AN has a real full coverage so I use that under my eyes to brighten.
On my eyes I’m wearing the “Naked Heat” palette in particular a very pale warm brown and red tones gold on my lid. I love this palette because I have blue eyes and when I wear tones like these my eyes really pop.
For my mascara I’m wearing “Trouble Maker” this is a personal favourite for me as it just doesn’t move throughout the day and really lifts your lashes.
To set my makeup I used the “All Nighter Waterproof Powder”. This powder is great if you’re a fan of a matte finish and just want subtle finish.
For my highlight I’m using a very subtle formula that is definetly more glitter based highlight then a baked formula. I’m wearing the shade “Aura Illuminate Highlighter”.
Lastly my lipstick was “ Naked Vice Lipstick” which is just a nice pale nude with subtle warm tones. In all honestly I don’t wear Urban lipsticks often just because I prefer more liquid lipstick formulas as I’m terrible at checking my lipstick.
And lastly that’s everything on my face. I want to try and do a few posts like this where I show you a whole makeup look using one brand.
Lots of love

full coverage foundation recommendations??
Ben Nye Final Seal + Heritage Store Rosewater and Glycerin mixed together in a spray bottle = the sexiest fixing spray combo ever.
Whilst the Ben Nye seal does feel like I spritzed listerine on my rostro, I hugely recommend it. Because that, and following Jackie Aina’s makeup under masks tutorial has resulted in the sexiest, juiciest, most flawless base makeup of my life. I didn’t do the translucent powder before foundation because my skin is dry, and just layered moisturiser and serum for primer but still . I feel like one of those cute IG girlies.

It’s the most wonderful time of the yeaaaaar. Well, not really. But it’s pretty close. The Sephora Fall VIB Sale is coming! I always manage to pick up a few things during this sale, so I’m excited to share my top 5 recommendations with you! Let me know in the comments what you plan on picking up during this sale! 🙂
FYI, the sale this year is as follows: ROUGE MEMBERS: AUG 24-SEP 3 USE DISCOUNT CODE: YESROUGE FOR 20% OFF VIB MEMBERS AUG 30 – SEP 3 USE DISCOUNT CODE: YESVIB FOR 15% OFF BEAUTY INSIDERS AUG 30 – SEP 3 USE DISCOUNT CODE: YESINSIDER FOR 10%.
Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer ($54). This is seriously my holy grail primer. It works well with almost every foundation that I own and it makes my foundation last – while looking amazing all day! It is a bit on the pricey side, but worth it if you’re like me and don’t like having to sift through primers trying to find one compatible with your foundation of the day.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette ($62). I have one of these palettes from their holiday collection a couple of years back and I am so freaking obsessed with it. It is small for the price, but well worth it in my opinion. I plan on picking up the new one they release this year actually. But, until then this palette is great too. These powders are so beautiful in the pan and on the skin.
It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream with SPF 50+ ($38). I’ve had several of these (mostly sent to me as PR samples, thank you It Cosmetics), but I’m just now really getting into the product. This is such an amazing foundation. It makes my skin look smooth, it lasts all day (which is a feat in this AZ heat, ya’ll), and it feels so lightweight that it’s like I’m not wearing anything!
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara ($24). This is my holy grail mascara, hands down. I personally prefer it once it has been opened for a couple of days, otherwise it’s just a tad too wet, but seriously. This mascara is everywhere and if you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and pick it up during this sale!
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer ($30). Another cult classic. Another holy grail. This is legit a creamy concealer. I love it for concealing and brightening my undereyes and the bridge of my nose. It spreads so nicely and it’s a thinner consistency, which makes for much easier blending. This is great for everyday use and I’ll probably use this sale to pick up a back-up!
What do you plan on picking up during the sale? Have you tried any of my recommendations?

Hello! Can I ask for a makeup recommendation? I want to get some make up, but have no clue where to start! Can you help me put? I have been told that I’d look great in champagne, sliver and any shade of blue if that helps any. Thank you! Ps: Love your blog, I wish I can give you a hug!
Hi! Of course:) are you looking for eyeshadow? I would check out wet n wild or milani eyeshadow palettes. They usually have a good mix of neutrals and some pops of color for a reasonable price and good quality. Hope that helps!!
I decided to try Maybelline's dream matte mousse foundation a week or two ago and I really love it so far. It's an incredibly light whipped formula so it's super blend able and easy to build coverage without it caking up at all. Once it dries it feels completely soft and natural and doesn't transfer at all, I can completely cover my acne without my skin feeling weighed down or sticky. This also hasn't clogged my pores or broken me out at all so far, so I'm really impressed by that. I don't use a setting powder or primer or anything like that with this product and it always turns out even and beautiful. It lasts me from 6:30am to midnight without needing to be touched up, even through sweat and ridiculous humidity, so that's much better than I expected. The only real con that I've come into so far is that there isn't a lot of color/tone variety because almost all of the shades are pretty beige. The color light nude works well for me right now because I have a bit of a tan, but I don't know how well it will work when my ghostly winter skin makes a come back. My favorite thing about this foundation is that it dries completely matte but doesn't flake up or dry out my skin like a lot of liquid foundations do. It also photographs really well in all lighting; the first picture is in really harsh artificial light, the third is in direct sunlight, and the second is taken in a combination of natural and artificial light. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a long-wearing but low maintenance foundation with build able coverage.
recommend super moisturizing foundations and concealers for me please :)))
