Hey nyall fun (very long winded) memory i had of pride month... there was a small store the loud family frequented (cant remember the name!) And the manager wanted to put up a lil rainbow flag for pride month. Just a wee flag. And his superiors FORBID him from doing so. Of course me and my siblings, all of us queer in some way, were horrified. Together with the manager, we came up with a plan of what to do after hours. At night the manager let us in, and we all got the fuck to work. (part 1)
Lynn had rainbow toilet paper that she threw down the isles to Linka (Lincoln was genderfluid, she was having a female day) and they went down each row like that. Lori and Leni placed rainbow badges over all of the walls and shelves. Lola was throwing rainbow glitter everywhere. Lana, Luna and I rearranged the colors of the stock to be in rainbow order. Lisa did.... something scientifically absurd to make a big rainbow explosion. Unsure what Luan and Lily were doing, but it was surely (Part 2)
adorable. After the interior was finished, we all went outside. Luna spraypainted "PRIDE" over the shops sign, and the last thing we did was cheer as the manager stuck the original flag in the ground in front of the store, and taped his resignation letter on the front door. We Louds are extra as fuck. I may had never been fond of rainbows back then, but the significance was important to me. That was also one of the best nights of my life.
