Meet the Mammets - Plate

One of the largest mammets in the workshop, Plate stands at a little over five fulms tall and is constructed mostly of darksteel with a bright white enamel coating on his reinforced outer panels.  His helmet has some rose gold gilding along the ridges and lines of the piece and the traditional mammet poof is coal black with rose gold sparkles woven through out.  Spaced along his rather broad chest, in his shoulder housing, and down his slender arm joints are round, green faceted crystals an ilm and a half in diameter.  The careful eye might notice that his main housing pieces have very slight traces of being offset, a remnant of the time he was nearly destroyed and the lengthy work that went into repairing his chassis.

Plate rarely talks, when he does, it is slow, deliberate, methodical and tends to strike people as odd that such a large mammet would have such high pitched modulation for his voice regulator.  He is tasked with being a loader mammet within the workshop and swaps between workshop work and being the loader specifically for the Steel Carbuncle.  Plate is also one of the few mammets in the shop that is a part of the defense team that will come in defense of the Tower and Caravan members.  The gems in his frame, underplating, and specialized to the task core allow him to project arcanima sheilds that resemble the sheilds a practiced scholar can produce.
