As we creep up on the new year and await some announcements about the Alleyway Kustoms Bike Show in March we’re going to dig back in the archives a little bit to showcase some of our previous work for all of our new followers!! Since it’s #mannmonday Here’s a photo by @jimaphotography from 2015 of our Bike “The Death Machine”!! This bike was originally owned by our late friend Jerry Temple that along with @srgjaxbch first got me into Harleys and customizing them in the mid to late 90’s. Thousands of miles were put on this frame and drive train over the years,not only by Jerry, but also by @zippervon and numerous other friends Jerry would loan the bike to. After his passing I eventually ended up with the bike and resurrected it to what it is today with the help of @fatamericanchoppers doing the paint. After learning a hard lesson about a little too tight of a chain adjustment, I burnt the paint on the rear fender and had to construct the king and queen seat to cover the paint. (See second photo) I was just getting into doing hand tooled leather work, and Out of all the seat jobs I have done,the Koi fish scene on top of it it’s still one of my favorites!! Since it’s completion, we’ve put a ton of miles on the bike and even rode it on the tail of the Dragon back in 2013 when my wife and I got married!! (See photo 3)The bike now resides on the main floor of the Bay Meadows @adamecharley dealership!! Anyway, thought this would be a good photo for #mannmonday !!
