Happy #MantraLoopMonday! . . I’ll be kicking off an IG Live series starting next Monday! Happy #MantraLoopMonday ! Happy #MantraLoopMonday everyone! : : This morning I woke up feeling inspired to get back into a routine. I meditated, exercised & prepared healthy meals to get me going on this cold and gloomy day in New York. As much as routine can be mundane at times, I actually found it to be energizing so I reflected a bit on why that is. : : I know without doubt that I was born to be a healer. For as long as I can think back people have come to me for comfort even complete strangers. These last couple of weeks I’ve been struggling to find clarity in what it means to heal, and I realized that we sometimes have to FIGHT for our healing. For me that means pushing past the fatigue, challenging myself to move through discomfort and allowing myself to be vulnerable even when the time may not call for it. Healing means advocating for yourself even when the world we live in tends to be against it. I believe this is why having a spiritual practice and routine is rejuvenating. Happy #MantraLoopMonday! : : I was really feeling this song and this entire message honestly. Lately I’ve been feeling called and attracted to so many beautiful spirits and I know good things are coming because of these new friendships - they just seem so aligned with my desires & my purpose. : : I am often told I am independent & appear not to need help which can be pretty isolating. The gift in that is that I’ve learned to do so much on my own, but I know for fact that Teamwork makes the Dream Work & I’ve been making more of an effort to meet my new people, support friends, and build a community of people who are doing similar, vibration changing work. : : This isn’t quite a Mantra but it’s definitely been a push on my heart to seek and Find My Tribe! : : This song is a work in progress & won’t be a mantra loop but it honestly hit me the way my mantras do!
