You could do all sorts of interesting things with Valjean and daddy kink, for certain! Particularly if you really lean into the way it can draw on the parent-child bond (not that it always does for real people, but the literary potential is ripe). Given the joy and renewal he finds in parenthood and the fact that he ultimately rejects that role as an act of self-sacrifice (/punishment), you could explore a developing daddy relationship as a way to heal his ability to conceive of himself as a provider and protector, or make it deeply unsettling to him as he kinks up to service his partner. If you wanted to quarantine his relationship with Cosette from sex, I think it's reasonable also to read his dynamic with her as that of mother/daughter, with nurturer the dominant aspect (to be clear: I ain't gonna table big thoughts on the biological reality of Western concepts of sexual dimorphism in human parental roles—but Les Misérables deeply buys into them), so a sexual daddy relationship could also be framed as his first experience inhabiting that psychological space. I mean, also if it's just porn, I agree there's canon fodder and it could be real sexy.

TBH I am a recent convert to the idea that Valvert is better primed for mommy kink because of Valjean's aforementioned maternal coding + Javert's mother being his primary parental figure. Marius/Valjean is the place where I hella see the daddy potential.

All of which being said, while I am firmly not going to yuck anyone's yum, daddy kink is one of my personal nopes and while I never say never where writing is concerned—yeah, probably never.
