remembering the horrified DISGUST i felt watching Halloween Town High for the first time at age 7 or whatever bc they got rid of Marnie’s cute goblin boyfriend and gave her this human love interest instead. like im laughing about that reaction now but i also still agree with baby squid, i was so correct for that. i mean, i KNOW the theme of Halloweentown High is the relationship between humans and monsters. i KNOW THAT! i know thematically it makes sense for Marnie to date a human boy since she’s a witch. but also BRING BACK LUKE MY GOBLIN SWEETHEART! JUSTICE FOR LUKE!!!!!
